Thursday night was one of those nights I really did not feel like cooking anything. Having gone to Icehouse the previous night, where I downed half of a Bourbon Hard Lemonade pitcher, and after a full day's work, I really couldn't muster up the energy to spend any kind of time in the kitchen. Tao Restaurant is right next door to where I live, and can have the food at my doorstep literally 15 minutes after I hang up the phone.
